Lead Generation Marketing

A simple lead generation marketing system can be set up with a minimal investment and designed to fit you like a well worn pair of bedroom slippers.  You know, one you are comfortable in and don’t mind using.

I originally started my lead generation marketing system on the Internet in order to find prospective buyers for my Quarter Horses.  I then saw the possibilities of producing fresh MLM leads for my mlm business.  As a matter of fact it is a lot easier because you can't post animals on eBay, you can't sell a horse using PayPal, and they sure don't download very well.  So I started marketing other products including my MLM products on the Internet.

Your lead generation marketing system will be one that spits out qualified leads on a daily basis. By creating exact specifications and criteria for your target lead or prospect, you will be able to spend your time working with people you enjoy and actually want to help. Your activities will be those that you enjoy the most not those forced on you by some rigid system that was built for others.

What do you want your business look like?  Once you answer that question it's a matter of filling out the details. Do you want to work out your home or do you want an office?  How do you want to communicate with your leads?  You can use the written word, videos, audio, and combinations, like webinars.  You decide what is right for you of course you will want to try them all just so you can make an informed decision.

The next step will be for you to create a picture of your ideal prospect.  In the MLM industry there is a debate on what you should do first, look for people to do the business or product customers.  So you might write an article about the joys of working from home in your bathrobe for one type of prospect, and article on how to reduce joint pain using your jungle juice for the other.  You decide what a qualified MLM lead looks like for you.

When I sold horses life was simple,  I wrote and ad for a blue roan AQHA Quarter Horse stallion and sold him 3000 miles away in Florida. I found someone looking for that horse, actually they just wanted the blue roan color and the stallion part, they did not care about the AQHA.  I directed them to my web page where they found pictures of the horse, a copy of his pedigree, a nice article on what a wonderful bloodline he had, what a wonderful disposition, and the investment required for this wonderful horse.

As I remember over 300 people looked at that ad, only one raised their hand to buy the horse. What about those 299 people? Why didn't they like the horse?  Was the price too high?  Was the horse not pretty enough?  Did my article suck?  Don't know, don't care, you see they never raised their hand.  I did not have to deal with them, I did not have to convince them, I did not have to listen to their objections, they were simply not my ideal lead or prospect.

The great thing about setting up a system to generate leads on the Internet is the simple fact that the Internet is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and never takes a day off.  It is a lot like writing on a giant building, your information stays there for everyone to view it never gets lost or misplaced and as long as you direct people to the location of the building, they can see what you have to say.

You can to set up a lead generation marketing system that spits out all the leads you need, using the Internet. By setting up this simple system that attracts your ideal prospect using an advertising medium you enjoy and are comfortable with, you can design a business that fits you.  By being unique yourself you automatically create an environment around yourself that others find inviting.
